Bob remembers this picture because Grandma Hicks (Sarah Jane Tull Hicks) had lost her eye glasses (note that Grandma Hicks does not have her glasses on when the picture was taken) and was upset about it.  Right after this picture was taken, Darrell found Grandma's glasses on the ground just below where the picture was taken.
